Madad Ki Raah Foundation is committed to saving lives by organizing regular blood donation camps across various parts of the city. These initiatives not only meet urgent medical needs but also promote a culture of voluntary, non-remunerative blood donation among citizens.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, MKR stood as a pillar of support, facilitating over 100+ emergency blood and plasma requirements. Working in close collaboration with the Government Blood Bank (IMA), Kanpur, the foundation successfully matched verified donors with patients in critical need—becoming a lifeline for many during those darkest hours.
Recognizing the vital role of a reliable blood supply, we are dedicated to:
• 100% Voluntary Non-Remunerative Blood Donation
• Spreading awareness and busting myths surrounding blood donation
• Empowering individuals to become regular, responsible blood donors
• Organizing well-structured and accessible donation camps for all
Impact So Far:
• 200+ blood donation camps conducted
• 2,400+ units of blood collected for hospitals and emergency needs
• 600+ blood units provided specifically for children battling Thalassemia
• Collaboration with the Police Commissionerate to support thalassemic children and critically ill patients
